Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Subsel Tech Solutions collects, uses, protects and shares personal information when you visit our website, contact us or work with our teams.

Effective date: July 31, 2026
Important context: For client projects where Subsel processes personal data on a client’s behalf, the client is generally the data controller and Subsel acts as a service provider or processor. The applicable services agreement and data processing addendum govern that processing.

1. Who we are and policy scope

Subsel Tech Solutions provides Salesforce and Zoho consulting, implementation, development, integration, analytics, AI and managed support services. Our operating entities include Subsel Tech Solutions Private Limited in India and Subsel Tech Solutions LLC in the United States.

This policy applies to personal information collected through subseltechsolution.com, our contact and recruitment interactions, business development activities and delivery relationships where Subsel determines how the information is used.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact and identity information, such as your name, business email, phone number, job title, company and location.
  • Enquiry and project information, including business goals, technology environment, budget range and messages you send to us.
  • Commercial and relationship information, including proposals, contracts, billing contacts, meeting records and support history.
  • Recruitment information, including resumes, work history, qualifications, portfolio details and interview notes.
  • Technical and usage information, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, referral source, approximate location and security logs.
  • Client-system information that authorized users make available to us while we deliver contracted services.

3. How we collect information

We collect information directly from you when you complete a form, email us, book a meeting, apply for a role, sign an agreement or collaborate on a project. We may also receive business contact information from your organization, referral partners, public professional sources and service providers.

Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to support essential operation, understand website performance and protect against misuse. Where required, optional cookies are used only with appropriate choice or consent.

4. How we use personal information

  • Respond to enquiries, arrange consultations and prepare relevant proposals.
  • Deliver, administer, secure and support contracted services.
  • Manage client, partner, supplier and employment relationships.
  • Process invoices, maintain business records and meet tax or accounting obligations.
  • Improve our website, delivery methods, service quality and user experience.
  • Send relevant business communications where permitted and honor opt-out requests.
  • Detect security incidents, prevent misuse and protect our rights, systems and users.
  • Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

6. Salesforce, Zoho and client environments

During implementation and support work, authorized Subsel personnel may access client-controlled Salesforce, Zoho or connected systems. Access is limited according to the engagement, client instructions and role requirements.

We encourage least-privilege access, separate named accounts, secure authentication, sandbox use where appropriate and removal of access when no longer required. Clients control what personal data is placed in their systems and are responsible for user notices, permissions and lawful processing decisions.

7. How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with trusted hosting, collaboration, analytics, communications, recruitment, professional advisory and business-operation providers that process information for defined purposes.

Information may also be shared between Subsel entities, with authorized client representatives, during a legitimate corporate transaction, when required by law, or when necessary to protect people, systems, property or legal rights.

8. International data transfers

Subsel serves customers through a global delivery model. Information may be accessed or processed in India, the United States or another country where an authorized provider operates. Privacy protections may differ between countries.

Where required, we use contractual commitments, access controls and other recognized safeguards for international transfers.

9. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, an active business relationship, contractual commitments, security, dispute resolution and applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements.

Retention periods vary by record type. When information is no longer needed, we delete, anonymize or securely isolate it, subject to technical backup cycles and legal preservation requirements.

10. Information security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse or alteration. Measures may include access controls, authentication, secure collaboration practices, monitoring, confidentiality commitments and workforce awareness.

No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Please avoid sending credentials, production exports or other sensitive information through general website forms or unsecured email.

11. Your privacy rights

Depending on your location and relationship with Subsel, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent. You may also have the right to complain to an appropriate privacy authority.

We may need to verify your identity and clarify the scope of a request. Some information may be retained where required by law or where another permitted exception applies. If Subsel processes information only for a client, we may direct the request to that client.

12. Marketing and communications

You can opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe option provided or contacting us. We may still send non-promotional messages related to an enquiry, active project, account, security issue or legal obligation.

14. Children’s privacy

Our website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.

15. Policy updates

We may update this policy when our practices, services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the effective date. Material changes may be communicated through an additional notice where appropriate.
